PARENT CONTRIBUTIONS & VOLUNTEER SIGN UP

This year, games, activities and concession shifts will be assigned to specific divisions.  It will be the responsibility of the parents to provide the volunteers to run their class’ assigned game/activity.  Information on assigned activities and online volunteer sign up will come home soon.

To make the fair a success, we ask parents to:

• Provide Holly Jars for the class collections
• Volunteer for an hour shift at the fair
• Pre-order Game Punch Cards and Concession Tickets
• Spread the word to your friends and family
• Consider donating an item to the ticket raffle or silent auction (Do you have or know a business that could donate?)
• Come enjoy the various activities and support the school at the same time!
