2022 – 2023

Welcome back to Hot Lunch at Holly!

If you are new to Holly, here is an introduction to the hot lunch online ordering system
program we use, Munchalunch. There will be 14 hot lunches this year with vendors including
Doon, Panago, Subway, Jugo, Ladner Sushi and many more. This is our first year back to a
regular menu since covid and we hope you enjoy the various options!!

Orders are placed through the website and payment can be made with cheque (preferred
method that saves us fees associated with CC) made out to HOLLY PAC. Please add order # to
front of cheque and drop at office. You can also pay by cash or credit card.
There is one ordering session for the first hot lunch will close on SEPTEMBER 15/2022 and
will re-open after school on September 21.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THIS DATE
IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO RECEIVE HOT LUNCH ON SEP 21 – NO EXCEPTIONS.

HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Go to the school website: http://hy.deltasd.bc.ca and click the green Munchalunch icon
2. Click the “Register Here” button (as shown below). The system will then guide you through.
3. After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order.
4. Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account at www.munchalunch.com

ORDERING DETAILS:
• Online ordering will be OPEN Sep 8/22 – September 15/2022. First hot lunch is Subway
day on September 21!
• If you need assistance with ordering, please contact the Hot Lunch Committee at
Hollyhotlunch@gmail.com.
• When ordering from Subway, your topping items will appear AT THE END of your order
submission this will apply to sub toppings for both dates you order Subway.
• If financial barriers preclude you from ordering, please contact our principal to ask for
assistance provided by PAC. No child left behind! Hot lunch is a special day at Holly and I
encourage all parents to order at least a cookie or drink so their child(ren) feel included 😊

Please note if your child is ill or a way on a lunch date, you are welcome to come and pick up their
lunch at the office or send with a sibling, but we cannot store it for the next day.

Please submit payment ASAP. This is a PAC fundraiser and refunds cannot be issued.
